The BRUNCH Run
May 11th, 9am
Do you love volunteering and giving back at Open Hand? Are you an active person that loves to have a good time and go out for brunch on the weekends? Well on May 11th, the BRUNCH Run will be held at 9am in the gorgeous Piedmont Park and 10% of the proceeds will benefit Open Hand Atlanta! After the race enjoy a breakfast burrito, home fries, and a cup a joe. Sign up before May 1st and get your cup of joe in a commemorative mug.

JOIN OUR RACE FOR GOOD TEAM!
Looking for a running buddy? How about a whole team of them? The Good Measure Meals/Open Hand Race for Good Team runs one designated community 5K a month! Anyone can join the fun and all members receive a free Race for Good technical shirt to wear at all the races. Just email customer service with your confirmation page and t-shirt size to join us! All races benefit a different local cause and many races have a discount for joining our team! |

On Monday, May 13th, 2013 UPTOWN Magazine, SEMAJ Consulting, and MarketingCamp LLC plan to change the negative connotation with the number 13 by presenting PROJECT13. This is a multicultural event that will ignite a philanthropic movement through “partying with a purpose.”
Open Hand is honored to be chosen as one of the 13 Atlanta nonprofits to benefit from this amazing event! Activities include live entertainment, silent auction, complementary cocktails, hours d’ oeuvres, special guest appearances, and more!

Dining Out for Life, one of Open Hand's largest annual fundraising events, weathered Mother Nature's threats as thousands of people from all over the metro Atlanta area chose their favorite participating restaurant and dined out -- knowing that 25% or more of their bill would be donated by the restaurant to benefit the community nutrition programs of Open Hand.
